Tú eres espíritu. Por naturaleza, el espíritu es libre. Cuando llegas al universo físico y te conviertes en un ser humano, sacrificas tu libertad en varios niveles. Los retiros de libertad son acerca de recuperar tu libertad espiritual innata.
- Libertad de avidya, la ignorancia y la oscuridad de Quién Eres.
- Libertad de tu mente negativa: programas, paradigmas y creencias limitantes, ISH.
- Libertad dentro de tu avatar: del pasado y del futuro, de los recuerdos dolorosos, del amor negativo de todo tipo.
- Libertad del psican: eres capaz de salir de tu avatar y del universo físico; puedes experimentar a ti mismo como un ser libre dentro de la creación.
- Libertad de Esencia. Esencia es infinita, no tiene fronteras, ni límites. Eres Esencia. Este nivel de libertad es volver a experimentar la totalidad de ti mismo.
En el nivel más bajo como un ser humano, estás esclavizado en tu mente, emociones e identidades anti-Esencia. Por ejemplo, tu mente negativa estará llena de programas sobre cómo los demás deben ser en la vida. Y cuando los demás y la vida no obedecen a esos programas, tú sufres: ira, frustración, impotencia, ansiedad, fracaso, tristeza, pena y depresión. Así que el primer nivel de la libertad, es liberar a ti mismo de los programas para que puedas percibir y tratar con lo que es como es, en espacio y transparencia.
Otra cosa en tu mente negativa será la changa loca, tu generación compulsiva de ISH. ISH incluye interpretaciones, historias, alucinaciones, ego negativo, opiniones, juicios, críticas negativas, etiquetas y todas las otras formas de basura mental, de pensamientos que son anti-amorosos. Ya que eres tus experiencias de tu ISH, estás dejando a tu mente crear amor negativo, dolor y sufrimiento para ti. Así que la libertad es también acerca de limpiar y tomar el control de tu mente negativa.
La libertad también se trata de liberarte de tus emociones negativas, que son causadas por tus identidades anti-Esencia. Según te liberas de estas limitaciones, también vuelves a crearte en tu más alta imagen y semejanza de lo que le gustaría ser.
En el nivel inmediatamente superior, la libertad es sobre la liberación de tu espíritu, tu conciencia, de tu propio avatar, al menos lo suficiente para que puedas percibir y experimentar tu Esencia. En este nivel de libertad, se elimina toda la carga del pasado, incluyendo el resentimiento, la culpa, el remordimiento, incidentes traumáticos, víctima, relaciones cercanas viejas, y la limpieza de toda la energía negativa en las más actuales. El resultado es que te liberas del pasado, del tiempo, de modo que puedes estar en tiempo presente. Puedes encontrar una experiencia de tu Esencia sólo en el momento presente. Por lo tanto, esta etapa es esencial para tu enlightenment.
En el más alto nivel, la libertad es acerca de volver a experimentar tu naturaleza espiritual. En este nivel, tú eres capaz de salir por completo de tu avatar, tu cuerpo, tu vida humana y el universo físico. Experimentas a ti mismo no solo como un espíritu libre en la infinitud de la Esencia, sino también como la infinitud de la Esencia misma. Éste es un estado de expansión infinita y alegría infinita. A continuación, escoges volver al universo físico y continuar tu juego humano; pero una vez que logras esto, eres libre de volver a Esencia y refrescarte en cualquier momento.
You are spirit. By nature, spirit is free. When you come to the physical universe and become a human being you sacrifice your freedom on several levels. The liberty seminars are about recovering your innate spiritual freedom.
- Freedom of avidya, of ignorance and darkness of who you are.
- Freedom of your negative mind: programs, limiting paradigms and beliefs, ISH
- Freedom within your avatar: of the past and of the future, of painful memories, of negative love of all kinds
- Freedom of the psycan: you are able to exit your avatar, and the physical universe; you can experience yourself as a free being within the creation.
- Freedom of Essence. Essence is infinity, it has no boundaries, no limits. You are Essence. This level of freedom is to re-experience the totality of yourself.
At the lowest level as a human being, you are enslaved in your mind, emotions and anti-Essence identities. For example, your negative mind will be full of programs about how others in life should be. And when others and life do not obey those programs, you suffer: anger, frustration, impotence, anxiety, failure, sadness, sorrow, and depression. So the first level of liberty, is freeing yourself of programs so that you can perceive and deal with what is as it is, in space and transparence.
Another thing in your negative mind will be the crazy monkey, your compulsive generation of ISH. ISH includes interpretations, stories, hallucinations, negative ego, opinions, judgments, negative criticism, labels, and all other forms of mental trash, of thoughts which are anti-loving. As you are you experiences your ISH, you are letting your mind create negative love, pain, and suffering for you. So liberty is also about cleaning up and taking control of your negative mind.
Liberty is also about freeing yourself of your negative emotions, which are caused by your anti-Essence identities. As you free yourself of these limitations, you also re-create yourself in your highest image and likeness of who you would like to be.
At the next level up, liberty is about freeing your spirit, your consciousness, of your avatar itself, at least enough so that you can perceive and experience your Essence. In this level of liberty, you eliminate all charge from the past, including resentment, guilt, remorse, traumatic incidents, victim, close old relationships, and cleanup all negative energy in your present ones. The result is that you free yourself of the past, of time, so that you can be in present time. You can find an experience your Essence only in the present moment. Therefore this stage is essential for your enlightenment.
At the highest level, liberty is about re-experiencing your spiritual nature. At this level, you are able to completely exit your avatar, your body, your human life and the physical universe. You experience yourself not only as a free spirit in the infinity of Essence but also as the infinity of Essence itself. This is a state of infinite expansion and infinite joy. You will then choose to come back to the physical universe and continue your human game; but once you have achieve this ,you are free to return to Essence and refresh yourself at any time.
